Explore the “Colonial Capital” Tour

After an eye-opening and invigorating breakfast, it will be time to take off – backward in time, that is! Start your trip with a visit to Colonial Williamsburg. Students will feel like they stepped out of a time machine and landed back in the 18th-Century to a time when America was just being born. World-renowned experts will bring your textbooks to life through riveting, hands-on experiences, and exhibits. Students will walk their textbooks and live the pictures in it! Then it is time for a quick break for lunch before touring the Revolutionary City. Based on real historical evidence, you’ll find yourselves in the shoes of Williamsburg residents as they experienced this truly revolutionary period. After a day filled with rich history, it’s time for a little scare! After dinner, a fa-boo-lous Ghost Tour awaits! “Creep it real” alongside your guide to colonial spirits and ghouls.

Start off with a tour of the Jamestown Settlement and Yorktown Victory Center, where you can relive the experience of America’s very first permanent English colony through film, galleries and life-size exhibits. As you take a break for lunch, it’s time to prepare yourself – things are about to get weird at Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Your mind will surely be blown by 350+ exhibits, artifacts, and oddities from around the world (because where else would you find a vampire killing kit and shrunken heads in the same place?!). Shake off the strangeness by ending the night with pizza and a race to the finish line go-kart style!

Have a quick breakfast and check out before a fun-filled day at Busch Gardens! Start off with a splash at Water Country USA where you can cool off in the lazy river or lose your voice on a thrilling water coaster – there’s something here for everyone to dive into. But wait, the fun doesn’t stop there! After some time to refuel and dry off, it’s time to head into the Busch Gardens Theme Park. From roller coasters that will have your adrenaline pumping to 360-degree virtual reality adventures, there are plenty of beautiful “villages” for you to explore.
