About Pricing

Tour rates vary depending on the location of your hotel, attractions selected and the number of meals per day. You determine the price depending on your objectives and budgetary needs. When you call, one of our Account Executives will discuss all cost options to develop the best possible tour for your group. Some considerations.

Will you be traveling via deluxe motorcoach, airline or train? Will you be using public transportation in your destination city or private motorcoach?

Will you choose a convenient city location or select a more cost effective one in the outer perimeters? Would you prefer rooms accommodating 4 students or suites accommodating 6?

Number of Meals Daily, Continental Breakfast or Full American?

Can vary greatly in any city of travel, from the admission free Smithsonian Museums in Washington D.C. to an exciting matinee performance in New York City. Discuss your itinerary and curriculum objectives with our Account Executive.

Depending on your selection, it may affect the rate. For example, if your destination is New York, there are several options; will you choose the Broadway tickets ranging from $25 – $100 per ticket or enjoy the Empire State Building Observation Deck for $6 a person? Or you could simply take the evening to unwind by the pool in the hotel for free.

We will recommend the attractions and cities where utilizing a local guide will enhance the student’s knowledge and history of the city.  The driver will be provided with the most direct routes to avoid hours of delays for out-of-town drivers.
