Toronto/Niagara Falls

Hogtown… Hollywood North… The 416… you’ll never run out of things to do in Toronto! Pair this city with a trip to Niagara Falls (you won’t want to mist that!) for the perfect trip offering a combination of adventure and education. If you’re still on the fence, let this fun fact sway you – the very first person to take the plunge over the falls in a barrel was actually a 63-year-old TEACHER named Annie Edson Taylor in 1901! Talk about one brave “roll” model!
In nearby Toronto, Canada’s largest city, you will find endless history, art and world-class culture. Students will love to explore its diverse museums and walk its eclectic neighborhoods. Here, they can climb to the top of the city’s tallest building, shop the largest street in the world or visit the only truly authentic castle in North America.

Grab some breakfast and start with an enchanting trip to Casa Loma, one of Toronto’s treasured landmarks. Walking around this castle will feel like a blast from the royal past as you explore classic car collections, art galleries, and more. After lunch, it’s time to test your sleuthing skills with Toronto’s Mystery Room challenges. Work collaboratively to find the clues, solve the puzzle, and finish your mission! Now that you’ve worked up an appetite, it’s time to get dinner and finish off the night with a fun spin on the classic game of tag…that’s right, we’re bringing it inside AND we’re adding lasers.

Eat breakfast as a group then depart for the CN Tower. If you’re looking for a new perspective on learning, this will give you 360° of it! Learn about the importance of form, function, strength, and stability as it pertains to design and construction. Break for lunch then start the journey to Niagara Falls where it’s going to be all about the jet boats! These tours bring you out into the water in custom-built vessels featuring the latest marine innovations. After dinner, it’s time for the Niagara Falls illumination (Insta hack: use “All of the Lights” lyrics as a caption – you’re welcome). This multi-colored water and light masterpiece will have you in awe.

Fuel up for breakfast and depart for Maid of the Mist. You’ll be thrilled to go with the (waterfall) flow today while you experience crashing waves, breathtaking views and the mist on your face – sooo…water you waiting for?! If Maid of the Mist didn’t exactly float your boat, then Cave of the Winds will do it for you. Head on up to the “hurricane deck” and hold on to your hats – literally, because the wind will definitely be like nothing you’ve ever experienced before. Take some time to dry off and eat lunch before heading home with only clear and calm skies ahead!
